The Congressional Oversight Initiative, a program run by the Project On Government Oversight, trains Congressional staff from both sides of the aisle on how to conduct effective oversight. Shortly after starting at the Project, they asked if I could design a short ad for the program to run at the top of the page in CQ Roll Call:
